Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage major retail accounts and ensure high product availability.

Plan daily route visits and adjust strategies to increase sales.

Identify potential areas to expand market coverage.

Negotiate with store owners or buyers for better placement or promotions.

Monitor product movement, expiry, and stock issues, and solve problems quickly.

Train or guide junior sales staff when needed.

Prepare accurate sales reports and market updates for management.

Achieve higher-level sales targets and support overall business growth.

Job Requirements :



At least 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG (

Fast-Moving Consumer Goods

) or bakery sales.

Strong negotiation and customer management skills.

Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver strong results.

Experienced in route planning and market expansion.

Own transport and valid driving license.

High level of responsibility, discipline, and initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
