This role offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals while making meaningful connections with our customers.Job Overview:As a Sales Representative at Me Pro, your primary responsibility will be to enroll existing retail owners as Retail Merchants and promote our range of products within their retail premises.You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.This position offers a clear path for career growth, leadership opportunities, and uncapped commissions that are well above the industry average.Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\'s needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a willingness to accept and act on feedback.
  • Language required: Mandarin and English.
  • Minimum Certificates & above.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Enroll and Promote: Actively engage with prospective and existing retail owners to enroll them as Retail Merchants and promote our products within their premises.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their specific needs and ensure successful product placement.
  • Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other proactive methods to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Problem Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market\'s potential, track sales progress, and provide detailed reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends, and continuously seek feedback to improve sales strategies.
