You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life This role promotes Medtronic Aortic products to key specialists and technical staff and practices good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control.Portfolio: AorticResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation.Work within and actively promote Medtronic\xe2\x80\x99s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.Ensure technical competency in all Aortic therapies and support all cases independentlyDevelop and implement sales and call plans for specified territory as part of national strategy.Implement Quarterly Messaging Plans as delivered by Marketing.Organize Training workshop to develop new implanterExpand the customer base and sales by establishing regular contact with key specialists, technical staff and administration personnelEnsure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintainedRegularly conduct product education presentations to Hospital Staff, Implanters,In consultation with senior staff/sales manager, ensure customers and prospective customers are technically competent through in-services, and/or regular product updates through correspondence and mailingsProvide technical back up at implants and follow up clinics, as required.Encourage team environment by offering support in other territories as needed.Deliver sales forecast to Sales Manager to maintain stock levels adequatelyMonitor and control local inventory in terms of consignment, shelf life, and turnover.Gather market intelligence as an audit on hospital usage, competitor products and pricing, also continual updates on general competitive activitiesComplete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of Key markets and accounts.Required Knowledge and Experience:Must Have:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required in any disciplineAt least 3 years of experience in sales or healthcare professionDriver\xe2\x80\x99s license with own vehicleYour Profile:Experience in creating and delivering clinical based plans to surgeonsExperience in assisting with intervention procedures in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (or Neurointerventional procedures)Experience in operating theatre is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenterCustomer focused: Understands and delivers customer serviceAlways committed to deliver resultPatient first mindsetProfessional presentationCan work independently but also a team playerSelf-motivated and carry positive attitudeOutgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitudeAbility to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer baseGood time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset prioritiesWillingness to learnWhat We OfferWe recognize the personal worth of employees by providing an employment framework that allows personal satisfaction in work accomplished, security, advancement opportunity, and means to share in the company\'s success.
