About the job Sales Representative (Japanese Speaker)

We also expanded our exports to many countries worldwide, including the Oceanic countries, Europe, Africa, North and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region.

• \xef\xbb\xbfHandle the sales enquiries & sales order handling activities.
• Handle the shipping/export documents for export sales.
• Ensure the goods ordered are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with respective department to provide post delivery services or after sales service to customer.
• Handle the customer complaints/feedback activities.
• Control of NC products, if any reject from customer.
• Prepare & analyze the statistical report based on the Q objectives set.
• Investigate & propose corrective action or initiate improvement action as & when required.
• Report the sales performance to the management review meeting.
• Contribute inputs in the conduct of risks & opportunities assessment.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfStrong communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Experienced in export sales working with Japan/International markets.
• Expertise in plastic film manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Willing to travel aboard for work.
• Driven, self-motivated, result oriented individuals looking to succeed in sales are welcomed to apply.
