Responsibilities

Servicing of outlets according to set beat plan to achieve monthly targets and other key performance indicators.
Execution of POSM, trade offers and other promotional activities
Performing FIFO and maintaining validity and cleanliness of goods and assets in trade
Management and collection of payments from customers
Prompt following up on customer issues and complaints
Ensuring sufficient and proper display of goods in stores
Doing own tracking of product distribution and other execution tasks
Responding to customers queries and delivering information on promotions, new products, price changes etc
