Job Description
- Required language(s) Speaking and Writing: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must be computer literate
- Own transportation
- Proactive and able to work independently
- To identify potential new customers and account opening targeting wholesale customers (GT) in FMCG
- To achieve monthly sales target & meeting yearly KPI set
- Work closely with management to propose sales plan in promoting company products
- To handle customer complaint and further follow up with after sales service
- To handle customer order and delivery of goods
- Follow up sales enquiries, order taking & sales fulfilments
- Liaise with finance department to ensure issuance of invoicing & payments are received from customers
- To collect payment from clients for and on behalf of the Company
- To coordinate sales team to ensure delivering best service to customer
