Main responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out sales activities by making regular sales calls/ visits to develop professional relationships with customer and follow up on needs with the aim to close deals.
• Direct report to Commercial Manager.
• Helps to track the market development and trends on monthly basis.
• Research, identify, develop and consolidate data on customer needs, including product application, service requirements, buying cycle, delivery schedule and internal regulation like pricing structure for defined, customer profiles to help secure/enhance business opportunities and identify future customers.
• Conduct market information via visit, calls and internet searching to identify and understand customer expectations and needs.
• Conduct Sales and Marketing wide range of products in company portfolio
• Provide pre- and post sales service to maintain good working relationship with customers.
• Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing
• Identify business potential, opportunities and develop new customer base
• Develop, prepare presentation material for customer to promote products and services.
• Provide a timely report to supervisor to review.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time
