We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers
Cold call and follow up on leads to set up appointments with prospective customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and trends
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
