Sales Representative

Full time

RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks, if needed. Promote and to secure orders for the company's products. Perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategies and provide solution. Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report. Achieve monthly KPI and sales target. Ensure good coverage and regular service to assigned accounts. Conduct market research and update latest market information, especially on pricing, products, logistics, market trend, consumer behaviour, etc. Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with company term. Team player who can work closely with the cross-functional team.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma/GED / Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ STPM/ "A" level/ Pre-U/ Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent. 3 years above of sales experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent presentation skills. Possess with own transport and willing to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Starting work immediately is preferred. Salary is based on sales experience and is negotiable.
