• Promote and sell company\'s jewelry products through various sales channels
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
• Ensure the security of jewelry products
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in jewelry industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong knowledge of jewelry industry and products
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients
