Job Description
Job Responsibility Prepare sales quotations and other sales documents. Collect and organize information gathered from sales product records and update sales forecasts. Follow up customer needs, including preparation of sales materials such as delivery arrangements. Daily update of product production volume record report. Updates and announcements of price letters. Work with production teams to monitor product inventory. Job Requirements Preferable Mandarin Speaker cause need to deal with Mandarin client Work Location: Kualai Candidate must possess at least SPM. Have min. 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Efficient in documentation processes, able to write reports with clarity. Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
