- Possess minimum SPM
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience is preferable.
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Previous experience in a sales-related role from agriculture industry is a plus.
- Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders and establish new customer account.
- Conduct market research to identify products\' market trend and identify product position and potential.
- Manage customer orders to ensure requirements and delivery lead time are met.
- Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.
- Handle and solve customers\' complaints through investigating root cause, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Conduct a pre-survey on the travel plans and routes for smooth daily operations
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Commission scheme based on sales collection.
- Travelling claims.
- Statutory deduction: EPF, Socso & EIS.
- Attendance rewards.
