Job Description


  • Service existing customer accounts, secure orders, and establish new customer accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify product trends and assess product positioning and potential.
  • Manage customer orders to ensure requirements and delivery timelines are met.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by investigating root causes, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Conduct pre-surveys on travel plans and routes to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
