Responsibilities

As an Education Advisor, you will:

• Serve as a Touch English Center course consultant with a professional and patient attitude, understand the situation of the students, and provide appropriate English course suggestions for students and parents
• Contact students through face-to-face, telephone, Whatsapp, Zoom Video Meeting, etc. to provide professional consultation
• Respond to student messages and complete assigned daily work procedures
• Follow up students\' attendance and classroom performance to provide good service
• Meet individual enrollment goals each month and assist with planning or hosting events
• Regular communication with departmental teams to assist students
