Business Development

: Develop new business and maintain current relationships

Market Analysis

: Identify business opportunities by studying and analyzing potential sales leads.

Customer Service

: Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to meet their requirements effectively.

Problem Solving

: Investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and discuss with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting

: Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers.

Order Processing

: Collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer's cargo.

Client Relations

: Visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background

: Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant field.

Language Skills

: Mandarin speakers are preferred, as this skill may be beneficial when communicating with certain clients or partners.

Sales Aptitude

: Individuals with a passion for sales and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

Communication Skills

: Strong communicators who can effectively interact with clients and team members.
