JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop an understanding of each account\xe2\x80\x99s culture, competitive pressures, financial state, stakeholders, and decision-makers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinical and administrative staff in assigned accounts in the territory to support continued business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a strategic account plan to defend sales in accounts in assigned territory. Execute the plan to increase sales volumes in assigned accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, and keep sales management informed concerning them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verbally deliver clear and concise instruction on the safe and efficacious use of assigned products to customers in and out of the OT setting, including in-services for surgeons and clinical staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for surgeons and senior clinical staff to attend company-sponsored professional training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address customer complaints in accordance with Company policy and advise management promptly of any situation beyond the scope of authority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and demonstrate high-performance practices and expectations in daily work activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet monthly and annual sales targets. REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates and nurses are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience. Experience within the medical or surgical device industries will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, high degree of integrity, and professionalism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and must possess own vehicle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Nurses and perfusionists are encouraged to apply.
