Objectives of this Role \xe2\x80\xa2 Represent our company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field Daily and Monthly Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring Skills and Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 3-5 years in sales within a medical or an insurance setting \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Personal integrity \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to travel domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven success rate at levels above quotas \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills
