  • Preferably with proven experience in sales, experience in the paper-related products or gift & premium industry would be an add on.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Valid driver\'s license with own transportation.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This role involves understanding customer requirements, showcasing our products, delivering effective sales pitches, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery. Some key responsibility as below:
  • Service customers by meeting with them to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Collect or showcase product samples to demonstrate quality and features.
  • Deliver informative briefings and sales pitches to effectively promote our products.
  • Assist customers in tender processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Take proactive measures to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
