Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts in manufacturing-related industries (automotive, electrical, construction, and engineering).
2. Promote and sell precision metal stamping products, CNC parts, and customized engineering solutions.
3. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product/solution offerings.
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure purchase orders.
5. Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
6. Conduct regular visits to customers' sites to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
8. Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
9. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
10. Prepare sales reports and present to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in metal stamping / manufacturing / engineering industry.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate product value to customers.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and meet clients. (Compulsory)
- ERP system knowledge will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
