HI-REV lubricants are widely distributed through our network of 4,800 automotive and motorcycle service workshops. The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include To develop a strong dealer channel base for sales on a range of existing products (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Batteries, Car Accessories, etc) in assigned territories. To maintain strong relationships with customers, advise them regarding the company\'s new products, pricing, and promotion. Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner. Provide excellent after-sales services to the customers. Able to achieve monthly sales targets. Able to track and monitor dealer performance, analyze results, and recommend solutions and improvement. Ideal Profile Minimum SPM qualification. At least one year of sales working experience in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry. Hard-working, self-motivated, results-oriented, and honest. Candidate must possess a driver\'s license and own a car. Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced working environment. Required language(s): Mandarin as you need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers in order to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
