Formulate yearly budget, review trading terms and new business pitching
Achieving sell-in target by initiating in-store activities to promote sell-out.
Building mutual beneficial relationship with key accounts buyer to garner support in trade sell-in, trade terms, A&P spent for store dominations etc.
Sales team expenses management & credit management
Propose and plan trade marketing activities by working closely with trade marketers to plan quarterly trade promo mechanics and present to buyers to negotiate for productive promo spaces.
Track sell-out report, prepare sales review charts and conduct business presentation to key accounts.
Monitor retail environment, identify threats & opportunities and tracking of competitors\' products & activities
Channel development \xe2\x80\x93 continuously pitching for more channels to expand sales networks, warehouse sales opportunity to help clear short expiry stocks.
Requirements:
SPM holder /Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
The candidate must have at least 1year relevant experience, preferably those from beauty, FMCG or healthcare industry.
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
