To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Lubricants, Battery, Tires etc) in assigned territory.
To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of sales working experience in the Lubricant industry / Automation spare part.
Candidate must possess a driving license and own a car.
Hard working, self-motivated, results-oriented and honest.
Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as need to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.
