Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within Selangor KL/Shah Alam/Cheras/PJ (Central coverage)

Tanggungjawab

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' products/services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records in the a CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team and management on product improvements, market trends, and customer needs.
