A Day in the Life

Reporting to Sr Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Surgical Innovations products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned. This role will cover generally in Klang Valley. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients\xe2\x80\x99 lives through less invasive surgical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic\'s surgical products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic\'s products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company\'s products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Conducts on-site education and/or consulting

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required
• 0 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services

Your Profile

• Completed Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree qualifications
• At least 1 year of previous clinical/sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
• Industry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices)
• Must have an active driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Must have good sales acumen, strategic thinking, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
• Passionate in serving healthcare customers, driven and self-motivated to be successful in this role
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay languages
