Job Description
Serves customers by selling company products and meeting customer needs. Be proactive and knowledgeable about the company products. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Sales Representative Requirements: Experience in sales. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Able to go outstation for looking the customers.
