Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling is a 24-hour fitness center offering world-class facilities, diverse group classes, and a thriving fitness community. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Consultant to help grow our membership base while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive gym membership sales through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads. Conduct gym tours, explaining membership benefits and packages to potential members. Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service. Follow up with leads and assist in membership renewals. Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and partnership activities. Handle operations, including member inquiries. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service is a plus. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
