Job Responsibility Prepare quotations and tender approval forms Be responsible for all market surveys and visit customers regularly. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships. The Role You will service new sales accounts by handling all inquiries, submitting quotations, and maintaining proper project filling for each project. You will be responsible for all pre-sales inquiries, orders, and order processing activities. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Build and maintain relationships with potential customers Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing Work closely with the team to ensure that customer\'s needs are met This role is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting our products. Carry out products presentations to prospective accounts Responsible for pricing inquiries, follow-up orders, and delivery schedules. Provide sales report to the head of sales Job Requirements Tertiary Education with Diploma Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with sales experience in selling architectural products / interior decorative products to architect and designer circles and expertise in contract materials, textiles, furniture, or wallcovering and an established presence with architects and designers would be an advantage. Able to speak in Mandarin Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as needed.
