Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsible for weekly delivery planning listing Issue Sales Order when received PO from dealer To prepare Delivery Order for every shipment out from the company. To liaise with Production department on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement. To liaise with Logistics department for delivery to customer or to vessel when call at port. Ensure all documents such as DO & SO are proper filling. Handle customer enquiries, follow up and complaints. Responsible in maintaining good business relationship with clients by providing support, guidance and recommending solutions. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/Degree in any field At least 1-2 years of experience in related field. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Positive attitude, punctual, attention to detail, passionate on collaborative teamwork. Knowledge in SQL system is added advantage.
