.What You'll Do:
Sell
Training & Talent Development solutions
including corporate training, leadership development, and learning programmes including e-learning. Manage thefull sales cycle
from prospecting to closing. Buildstrong relationships
with HR and training decision-makers. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensuresuccessful implementation
. Occasionally coordinateon-site programs and events
. Meet and exceedmonthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
.Who We're Looking For:
Fresh graduates or young professionals with
relevant
sales experience
(corporate training/HRD a plus). Highlyself disciplined
,motivated, results-driven, and competitive
. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Passionate aboutlearning, development, and helping organizations grow
