Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin). As job scope requires with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Role is based in Malacca

Tanggungjawab

Resolve all operation issue e.g promotion execution and addressing trade issues, which salesman/salesgirl cannot handle
Ensure on-time collection
Co-manage sales team coverage whenever there is a vacancy
Opening of new accounts ensure right process from the beginning
Own tracking and analyze performance measures
Daily review with salespeople
