Sales Supervisor

Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail sales or with exposure in sales management
- Must have own car and be willing to travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum Education: at least STPM and above
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, guide and develop our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationship via answering customers enquiries and providing support to them as and when required.
- Updating daily sales report and any other duties assigned by superior.
- Sales commission from personal sales and team efforts
