Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. This role includes overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, tracking sales performance and developing strategies to improve productivity and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team on a daily basis. Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them. Provide training, guidance and support to sales representatives. Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market analysis. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and market trends.

Requirements:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
