Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION



1. Documentation preparation

Ensure accurate documentation, keying in & filing of documents. (ie, Quotation, Sales Order, Work order, T&C, PPM, CSR or CS related documents). Ensure all Quotation or Sales order are accurate according to latest pricing, marketing campaign, or customer category.
2. Stock/ Supply Chain Management

Act as a liaison between sales team & supply chain to ensure stocks and delivery is up to customer's requirement and expectation.
3. Customer Service & Sales support

Handling sales agents enquiries, customer enquiries. Liaising with customer/ logistics for collection of goods. To track & monitor after sales cases for defect & warranty claim. Liaise with supply chain, store & technical team to get the job done swiftly.
5. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned related to Sales Support/Customer Service.

JOB REQUIREMENT



1. Team player. Need to be able to work well within office setting in multidisciplinary team.

2.Attentive to detail.

3. PROACTIVE, able to flag, bring to attention and resolve errors.

4. EXCELLENT communication skills - verbal and written.

5.Designing skills using Canva or Adobe is an advantage.
