- Computer literate.
- Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Related and profound work experience.
- Able to work under stress.
- Working hours: 9 hours (9am - 6pm)
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries via calls and social media platforms.
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Providing customers with information on return policies and store/product policies.
- Salary Range: RM1800 (negotiable depending on job experience)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
- Paid training and development courses.
- Access to a medical panel.
