Provide administrative support to Sales leadership, including travel arrangements, presentation creation, background market research, and submission of marketing support and IT requests.
Monitor the Sales inbox, report issues to relevant team members, and assist with reimbursement requests and payment reconciliation for event expenses.
Support sales leadership in organizing and facilitating online and offline meetings, training sessions, and engagements with the field.
Coordinate sales training, webinars, and events, including scheduling meetings, sending invites, arranging guest speakers, managing webinar recordings and playlists, and overseeing event logistics such as registration and transportation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience in the direct selling industry is an added advantage.
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a multinational team environment.
Comfortable adapting to time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
