Apricity was founded on May 13, 2022, with a vision to redesign the real estate solution. Led by founders with a decade of experience in real estate, the company focused on new projects and within a year, achieved over RM70 million in sales, setting a record of 69 deals in a single day. By February 2023, as the team expanded, Apricity had expanded a new workstation - the Warriotte Hall, providing dedicated workspaces for each agent. Concurrently, a subsale team was established. The company\'s commitment to redefining real estate solutions persisted. In August 2023, Apricity introduced A.T.M. (Assist, Transform, Monetize) to facilitate various services: \'A\' for Assisting in buying, selling, and renting real estate; \'T\' for Transforming properties through design, renovation, and decoration; \'M\' for Monetizing, including tenant marketing, management, and property maintenance. This innovative approach marked the vision of redesign the property solution - the first-ever one-stop property solution.

Sales Support Coordinator:

Multiple positions available, include: Sales Support Operator, Customer Relationship Manager, Corporate Admin

• Able to deliver error-free reports by deadline
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Maintain & update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
• Assisting the sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports

• Market Insights: Monitor market trends and provide strategic advice.
• Project Management: Assist in project execution, ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work with multiple departments to drive common goals.
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-driven and innovative thinking.
• Team collaboration spirit.

• Sales, real estate, with or without relevant job experience are welcomed
• Fluent in Malay & English, fluent in Chinese is a plus
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
