Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description
- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred candidates who are proficient in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking client.
- Independent and a team player.
- Must possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates who are interested are also encouraged to apply - TRAINING provided
- Process and coordinate daily sales orders and delivery arrangements.
- Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
- Handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.
- Prepare sales order, delivery order, sales invoice and related documentation as needed.
- Assist in monitoring payment collection.
- Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts in a timely manner for management review to aid in the decision-making process.
- Support other ad hoc assignments as required.
