Job Description

s \xef\x82\xb7Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their purchase status. \xef\x82\xb7Compiling a daily list of sales and providing sales data and guides to the sales department. \xef\x82\xb7Managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports. \xef\x82\xb7Handling administrative duties. Carry out administrative work paperwork such as prepare Tenancy Agreement, Inventory Listing, Letter & relevant documentation. \xef\x82\xb7Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for urgent purchase, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. \xef\x82\xb7Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system. \xef\x82\xb7Scheduling customer meetings and conferences. \xef\x82\xb7Monitor and follow-up with purchaser, lawyer and banker on Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, billing and collections. \xef\x82\xb7Prepare property handover checklist & follow-up after-sales services. \xef\x82\xb7Monitor email, draft correspondence such as reports, letters and emails. \xef\x82\xb7Handle all sales administration activities until handling over vacant possession. \xef\x82\xb7Prepare claims for the company. \xef\x82\xb7Assist director to post advertisement on several online platforms. \xef\x82\xb7Maintain director\xe2\x80\x99s daily agenda, schedule appointments and meetings. \xef\x82\xb7Handle properties include but not limited to carry out telemarketing, monitor on listing & marketing of property, follow up on monthly rental collection, monthly property maintenance fees and refund of deposit \xef\x82\xb7Any other ad hoc service as assigned. Job Requirements \xef\x82\xb7Currently studying Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in property or related field is encouraged to apply \xef\x82\xb7Able to work under fast paced environment \xef\x82\xb7Effective communication skill \xef\x82\xb7Detail oriented \xef\x82\xb7Possess positive attitude and good problem-solving skills \xef\x82\xb7Excellent administrative and organizational skills
