• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales support or quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting/inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and project operations.
• Track and follow up on project progress to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Ensure all invoices are aligned with contracts, purchase orders, and project agreements.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices, coordinating with clients and the finance team.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movement.
