Sales Support cum Live Host
-- someone who can engage customers both online and through live sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
Keep records of daily sales and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Live Hosting:
Host engaging
TikTok Live sessions
to promote products.
Present and explain product details in a fun, confident, and professional way.
Interact with viewers and answer customer questions during live sessions.
Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute live campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma
in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
At least
1 year of experience
in sales, live hosting, or social media.
Confident speaking in front of the camera and comfortable engaging with audiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Based in
Kuala Lumpur
or nearby.
