Remuneration: basic + bonus

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales organization and customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Meet with sales organization managers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company\'s relationship with them

\xc2\xb7 Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.

\xc2\xb7 Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing nationwide branch related results

\xc2\xb7 Provide the necessary support to sales associated to enable them to proceed their sales deals

Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics

Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners

\xc2\xb7 Assist to execute the cross-selling programs and campaigns and to ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by following Sales Planning to guide branch employees

\xc2\xb7 Participate in reviewing recruiting new employees and to ensure organize branch operation training for new staff.

Requirements: -

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in customer service, business management or related field

\xc2\xb7 At least 10 years working experience in operation / sales support related

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge required: Customer service, Operation or sales and management experience

\xc2\xb7 Skill Required: Proven people management and leadership skills, including skill in developing and growing a team, solid communication and influencing skills
