No need to do sales

a) Answering customer calls and emails regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order inquiries; addressing concerns and providing updates.

b) Monitor shipment progress on assigned trade lanes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations. Proactively communicate shipment updates and status changes to clients.

c) Coordinate with internal teams like operations, customs brokerage, and documentation to ensure smooth shipment execution.

d) Monitoring shipment progress through various logistics and carriers tracking systems, providing customers with updates on delivery timelines and potential delays.

e) Opening of job and preparation of billing in absolute system.

f) Preparing and managing necessary shipping documents like Bill of lading (M B/L & H B/L) follow up with invoices, packing slips, and customs declarations.

g) Updating customer information in the logistics system and generating reports on shipment performance and customer satisfaction.

h) Fulfilling KPI and accomplishing company objectives.

i) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

j) Coordinate logistics arrangements with carriers, co-loaders to ensure smooth shipment arrangements is made after shipment secured by sales team.

k) Monitor and guide and mentor junior peers as and when required in their daily job functions.

l) Prompt email communication, response and reply to overseas agents and local customers.

m) To attend trainings provided by the company or the HOD from time to time to ensure that our service level is always up to the customer expectations.

n) Work independently with minimum supervision.

o) Any other report required to prepare before the dateline provided by the HOD.

p) Maintain record & filing system, record retrieval as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
