Order processing and inspection of goods with or without problems
Assist sales to prepare documentations, e.g. quotations

Depending on the order content, IT is sometimes necessary to do tally / inspection / packaging / rush to ship and other trivial matters, must be hard-working
Email text and telephone communication skills need to be smooth, and have the ability and responsibility to solve problems on their own.

Provide general support to visitors
