Provide support and handle administrative tasks for sales team.
To prepare quotations, sales order, delivery order, invoice, reports and sales related documents.
Handle the processing of all orders with acurancy and timeliness manner.
Manage order and track order delivery date with warehouse & transportation team
Update customers and sales team daily delivery statuses of customer orders
Communicate and handle customers' enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintain customer databases and customer records.
Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, good discipline, ability to work independently, self-starter and multi-tasking.
Flexible and able to undertake any other assignments assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
