Job Description


Our client is a global leader in commodities warehousing and freight forwarding operates in over 30 countries, offering tailored logistics, storage, and supply chain solutions.Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performs Indoor Sales/Commercial functions.
  • Provide supports to the Commercial Department in regards to administrative duties.
  • Assisting the Senior Executive in liaising between office-based teams and outdoor sales/commercial teams.
  • Support in handling all fresh customer inquiries for services in courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist in updating and submission of all sales pipelines in a timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating meeting with internal/external customers and completes/circulates minutes of proceedings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating contracts and administrative arrangements/approvals with AWSG and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing quotations to customers and submits within stipulated time frame.
  • Ensure that all sales contracts are updated and securely filed.
  • Supports outdoor sales/commercial team in arranging for appointments/meetings.
  • Assist in generating quality leads to outdoor sales with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources and other relevant up-to-date client information.
  • Actively making cold calls, research and generate new leads for outdoor sales/commercial team.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating database of customer and service provider price lists and service offerings.
  • To undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of total working experience in a sales environment
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Positive attitude with good business acumen
  • Detailed, systematic with strong organizational skills
  • Works independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to multi task duties with a high sense of urgency in completing tasks/assignments
  • Service oriented with good communication skills and an outgoing personality
  • Courteous, professional with good interpersonal skills
  • Team player and results oriented
  • Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Past field sales person who has interest in indoor sales work
  • Good communication skills. Able to read and write fluently in Mandarin and English
  • Possesses own transport and wiling to travel as and when required
  • Good knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing and Shipping is preferred
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook
