Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Business based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulating competitive bids, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations. Ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the preparation of all technical and if necessary project management aspects of the bid, indicating prices and trading conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling bid planning, ensuring that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing external services to support bid/estimation preparation such as translations and governmental approvals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collecting and archieving documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken and regularly reports the status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying potential risks in the bids and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels. Providing information and/or participating in the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
