Proactively call potential customers to introduce the in-house brand GAEA (Premium Wood Composites).
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Extract relevant customer details from inquiries and pass them to the business development team for follow-up.
Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, including handling warranty claims and service requests.
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues.
To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
