JOB DESCRIPTION - REGIONAL SALES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST:
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist the Regional Key Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform regular call to leads and offer solutions and to existing or potential customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Reach out to potential clients and produce real opportunities by asking qualifying questions
\xe2\x97\x8f Generate new outbound business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales channels
\xe2\x97\x8f Deal with inbound leads and achieve a high conversion rate and inquiries
\xe2\x97\x8f Plan and strategise sales activities that will unlock opportunities and lead generation
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide administrative, operational, and escalation support for the assigned key accounts portfolio
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and close opportunities within the assigned key accounts portfolio
\xe2\x97\x8f Enter information relating to accounts, leads, opportunities, and accounts on Salesforce
\xe2\x97\x8f Build rapport with customers within the tele business environment, and ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly, as well as, up-sell solutions to the assigned regional key accounts portfolio
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular report (or as requested) to Key Account Manager
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and close opportunities within the assigned accounts or industries JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x97\x8f At least 1 year of working experience in a tele business/telesales environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Good command and communication in English (both written and verbal)
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in other language is an advantage
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) and GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in handling corporate clients in multiple Southeast Asian markets is preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work in a team and can take directions well
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of CRM system (Salesforce) is an advantage Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
