To update all ticketing & refund booking from Airlines and Distributed to all Mayflower Holidays, Agent, Corporate Client, New Agent registration etc. To update ticketing & refund airlines in system To manage emails from agent, assist BSP link refund, check terms and conditions, ADMs & billing To assist airlines refund (GDS/ RAA) To support team for emergency services To ensure refund are submitted before deadlines meeting SOP Requirements: At least SPM/Diploma or higher education At least 4 years above working experience in related industry or Travel line Experience in GDS system will be add advantage Good in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel PowerPoint Good team work & independently Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Work Location: Mayflower Holidays, Fraser Business Park, Pudu KL, nearby Public Transportation
