Report forthwith on such activity, special problem or technical shortcomings that may affect the smooth operation of the job perform on customer site. Update all technical report accordingly
Understand customer service process flow (Company ISO), and apply accordingly through daily activity and in-house/ on-site support, in order to fulfil the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality policy
Coordinate the installation/ setup schedule plan with the customer base on the assigned project
Take ownership and accountability for customer management, resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s issues during
On-site support. Reduce customer complaints
Communication between customer and internal staff must be done professionally
Prioritize and fulfil customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation. Manage highlighted issues
Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree / Diploma in Engineering/ Technical Subjects, are preferred or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
Candidate must be willing to travel, and must flexible to work in Malaysia.
Owning a vehicle is a MUST
Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work independently and coordinate across various group and functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good time management skills and problem solving skills.
